In the header “food”, we don’t have the search box on header http://demo.roadthemes.com/saharan_food1234/
Because in this home page layout, we have search box under the slider.
If you select other header layout like “food 2” in Theme Options=>Header=>Header Layout. You will have a search box. I selected that header layout.
To show sidebar, edit home page then divide the slider row into 2 columns then add some element on left column.
