Hi Pavel.
1. I think you may search in the Visual Composer for that ’cause our theme not support parallax.
2. Our theme do not support to custom footer so for choosing of change number of widgets in footer please go to child-theme->footer-sport2.php
3. Make sure that you have as many featured items as you set. I checked your website, only 6 items being set as featured, and it displayed 6. In the homepage only 3 columns to display featured items, we have carousel to scroll to the next featured product.
4. Edit pages and uncheck the check box “allow comment”
5. Open two files woocommerce/content-product.php and woocommerce/content-product-archive.php. Edit this

6.Go to Theme Option->Import/Export. Click on the buttom “Download data file”
