Where to Start…
When you download the theme, install it with sample.xml data, and follow the documentation to the “T” even with 10 Years experience and a custom WP Builder, how is it the theme does not come out the way you have it showcased on Envato?
First, None of the images show up for Products, You have 4 Col. on the home page you have displayed, yet, it does 5 Col. and shows the tags and all other sort of mess.
Your Channel Logs are useless of the updates you say you made.
You say you’re up-to-date with your plugins, Woo to be exact and yet they are not up to date.
I have never been so frustrated in my life and don’t know how you can showcase a theme that does not work the way you have it.
Please, Fix or I will have to ask for my Money back and report you to Envato.
