This space is a menu, you can see on demo site, http://demo.roadthemes.com/facon/
You can go to Visual Composer >> Templates, and choose current Header to remove if you want.
Footer is same Header, you can change there,
Oh, there is something wrong in products page, you are adding products to Posts not Product, so it is not like site demo
