I have check your plugin. Please update the Visual Composer to version 5.2.
Follow this topic to update VC http://roadthemes.com/forums/topic/wordpress-4-5-upgrade/
After that please replace the vc_row.php in theme/vc_template folder with the attachment file.
The selection box still there, just under your editor.
