Hi.

1. Check the attachment for the Renew.
2. The way i show your is what i can do. It could be plugin problem. It for sure not theme issues so i can not help you to check the code of the plugin.
3. I asked them. Will answer u ASA.
4. Try to deactivate the plugin that you don’t need. Go to Theme Option -> Less Compiler an switch it off.
