1. Sorry i got no answer from coder for this.
2. You can add it in theme.js I send you the code on the previous reply.

3. Make sure you have all the plugin up to date special Redux Framework, Visual Composer, Woocommerce and Mega Menu.

5. You can add custom css to remove the play out, or you can go to Appearance -> Widgets to relayout the Blog widget.
