Please open your wordpress folder and find the link that they mention for example:

thankyou.php con fine in dilima/woocommerce/checkout/

open it with the editor you have like notepad, notepad++ sublime text, etc

Look at some first line you can file the version, just replace it with the latest version. Then Done and Done.
