Organica issues

Sir, have 3 issued according Organica.

1. if i activate plugin RoadThemes Helper, get error (plugin chmod set to 777)

2. can not use menu, it just dont show anyone one the page. of cource i turn it on in manage locations

3. can not upload logo. in docs said – Now let’s add a logo. Go to Theme Options – General from the admin panel and click the upload button next to the “Logo” field. You should now have a visible logo in your header area.

but there is no information according logo and anyone else also. need help
