Just purchased estore – nothing but problems

Hello,

I just purchased this store this evening and have spent far too long trying to import the demo content – the way you have it is very awkard nothing like i have done on previous templates i have purchased.

I have set my limits to

memory_limit 256m
post_max_size 80m
upload_max_filesize 60m
max_execution_time 300

And still i am hit with error 500.

What am i to do ?
