I am aware of how the support works. I requested support weeks ago and no one responded to my statement. I have received assistance before and it didn’t take no more than 24hr for someone to respond, now it takes days and weeks to respond. Also if a theme has been moved it would be wise for someone to notify the consumers so we won’t consistently message you guys here if this isn’t the intended place to request assistance.
I am thankful you’re finally responding but disappointed in the time it took for you to respond.
