Hi.

1. for Menu icon you can go to Appearance -> Menu. Click on that menu and choose the icon.
2. Done for cart and searh.
3. I saw your menu align left now, isn’t it?
4. Please try to add this code to Custom CSS:

   .nav-container #mega_main_menu .menu_holder .menu_inner > ul li .item_link .link_text{
   font-size:[your-size]px;
   }

5. Could you please make it more clear, attach an image could be good for us.
