Website is too low, some problem in James WordPress theme

Hi,

Thank you for your great theme. Anyway, I’ve faced serious problem in the theme.

I’m using James theme on my customer’s website: http://fitcrazeth.com and it’s super slow. Something causes serious performance or error behind the scene and making serious performance reduction, both on front-end and admin (the problem is heavier on admin side)

After trying my best for inspection, in Chrome Timeline it mostly says the performance bottleneck occurs in both WordPress core (from PHP level) and sometimes with admin-ajax.php

This is the things I’ve already tried:

• Disable LESS compiler in theme options
• Increased my MAMP’s PHP memory to 256M
• Disable Ultimate brand plugins >> cause another serious bottleneck sometimes, deactivating helps a little
• Disable Popups plugin>> cause another serious bottleneck sometimes, deactivating helps a little
• Try switching to twentysixteen theme, everything loads successful in 4 secs everytime
• Switching back to James theme, web page loads finish in 10-40 secs
• Try installing James theme & import demo content on another newly-clean-installed WordPress site, the performance problems starts immediately right after installing+activating all required+recommended plugins
• The problem occurs in the same way on both my MAMP localhost and production server (shared hosting)
• Run xdebug + qcachegrind to inspect: found extreme bottleneck on file admin-ajax.php, wp-load.php and wp-config.php (not sure what this means, I’m not that technical, just try)

I’ve been inspecting and try to debug for almost 2 days now, still no luck.
