I make the text at cart page and checkout page align to right, please double check it.
For the position of BTW and Shipping, you need to edit the code in woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php. Just easy that move the BTW upper shipping.
I did not find out the sudcategory that shown in the attachment file. Could you please link it.
