Attempting to install Digital demo from Hugeshop according to instructions gives a list of “media failed to import” errors and when browsing the site, the result looks nowhere near the demo.
Also, attempting to import the theme settings does not help.
Also, not possible to import widgets as the widget file is not present.

I followed the instruction, except I chose “digital” folder for the import data and “Home digital 2” as default start page, because I wanted my page to (initially) look like the Digital 2 demo.
Also, this was a clean installation, I installed all the plugins and deleted the widgets as told.
This is how it looks now:

And this is only top of the page – footer is missing entirely despite me going into Theme options and updating it as in video.
Seems that colors are from Digital 1 and the layout is messed up because none of the Digital demos have left side menu/widget.
How is it possible to load the Digital 2 demo?
I suppose I need different default theme options file?
Also – the layout is just broken, I also tried the Home digital 1 page as start page and it has the same problem with a left hand side menu that is not present in demo.

Ok, I did try installing exactly by these instructions (yields demo of Fashion 1):

Result is very close to what it should be taking into account I skipped downloading media, bet color settings were not imported from the theme options JSON.
There may be other problems with theme options import which I can not immediately see.
I will do another try with Fashion 1, this time with downloading media.
Ok, so I tried another run with “download and import media” with Fashion 1.
I got two kinds of answers – “media already exists” and “failed to import”, probably meaning “failed to download”.
So there are currently 2 issues for Fashion 1 demo:
– not possible to download some (more than half) media from demo
– some of the settings are either missing from settings json or are not applied
I guess the problem with me not being able to install Digital 2 is that that theme is even less complete.
As I see it, the solution would be to re-export xml and json from the demos here: http://themeforest.net/item/hugeshop-wonderful-multi-concept-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13712024

I bought this theme 4 days ago and haven’t been able to install a working demo yet, despite initially following the instructions present in the package and now this video.

I’m having an issue with category pages on my website. On the category pages I’ve got duplicates of the same categories again underneath the first lot.

I’ve checked with WooCommerce and they’ve verified that it’s not a WooCommerce issue. I’ve switch the theme to Twenty Fifteen and I don’t get duplicates.
I can’t see anything in the php that would cause the issue either.
Could you please suggest how I might be able to fix this?

I have just updated this theme. Please download the latest theme file then open the “readme.txt” in theme folder to know which files need to replace or remove to update.
In also integrated new Importer with only 1 click.
Here are some steps to get the demo:
1. Install a new WordPress
2. Install Theme & a Child theme
3. Install & Activate plugins from Appearance=>Install Plugins
4. Go to Theme Options=>Import Demo to begin importing.

On the category menu for the front page, the categories aren’t being pulled from woocommerce commerce, they’re being pulled from each post category. Is there a fix for this my site link is medone.hublabtt.com
Please go to Appearance=>Menus to edit that menu. If you don’t see product categories to add, click on “Screen Options” on right top corner. Check on “product categories”.

Please go to Appearance=>Menus=>Manage Locations to select menu for primary, categories & mobile menus. Go to Mega Main Menu then check on both checkboxes for primary & categories menu. Click on “Layout Options: categories” to select menu direction is Vertical. We have an option in Theme Options=>Header to show/hide categories menu on home page & inner pages.

Thank you! All this time th issue was in screen options. The theme ive used has always been brize, i couldn’t find a way to add a thread here so i just found one to comment in, sorry about that.
Now on my site, theres a new problem. that menu at the very top that used to be thin and black has suddenly set to be open by default. why is this happening? Could it be closed again.

1. Please don’t activate the mega menu feature for the mobile menu.
2. Maybe we have some bug with the categories layout, please send me FTP account & WP admin account via email roadthemez@gmail.com
3. You can translate theme by translate the language file in the “languages” folder
